It's easy! Open the attached alcohol swab and clean an area of skin with minimal to no hair, no scars or blemishes and not near a joint. The forearm or shoulder works best. Then open the package and remove the PEAK Patch from the backing, be careful it doesn't curl up as you pull the backing off. Press and hold for 10 seconds!
